1) EK II award document dated 10-8-1943 as Groll served within Gren,Rgt.161 of the 81.Inf.Div.
The document is signed by "Generalleutnant" and commander of the 81.Inf.Div.Schopper (RK 30-4-1943).

2) EK I award document dated 22-11-1943 as Groll served with Gre.Rgt.189 of the 81.Inf.Div.
What makes this document extraordinary is that it is a "Zweitschrift" (second edition) which is signed by the divisional atjutant instead of the divisional commander due to his absence.

3) "Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen" in silver in a bad condition dated 31-12-1943 and signed by the regimental commander Meyer.

4) BWB award document issued to Groll for a wound contracted on 25-11-1943.
