As far as I know is this a so-called: inventory-booklet that was specifically intended for usage by the: 'Allgemeine-SS' (ie. black-uniformed SS).

A never before encountered booklet having a similar size as a standard-pattern: 'Soldbuch': I am convinced that this is a rarely seen item!
