1) Soldbuch of Terfoorth who served first within the 299.Inf.Div.

Terfoorth was awarded the "Infanterie Stürmabzeichen",the EK II ,the BWB and the SWB (not entered in Soldbuch) for his participation in the fightings near Kursk and Woronesh and/or the attack on Stalingrad?! (Lexikon).

On page 15 is a "Stürmtag" entry.

2) Interesting "Vorläufiges" (provisional) award document of the "Stürmabzeichen".
"Feldmäsig"(fieldmade) issue which is signed by the "Oberst" and regimental commander Oberst Karl Freiherr von Lersner - Killed in action 25-01-1943 and posthumously promoted to Generalmajor and awarded the Knight's Cross on 12-03-1943..

3) BWB award document issued at "Res.Lazarett III Marienbad".

4) SWB award document for 3 diiferent wounds on 3 diiferent days.

Comes with several letters concerning Terfoorth (some are easy to read and interesting of content)

Additional are some typed letters concerning the missing of Terfoorth during an Russian attack as he seemed to be hit by a grenade and died of wounds.

Altogether a nice and interesting (although EK II citation is missing) grouping.
