Soldbuch/Wehrpass - Luftwaffe - Flak - Africa/Italy - Seidel

Soldbuch and Wehrpass of "Stabsgefreiter" Max Seidel who served within various Army (infantry) units before he was transferred into the Luftwaffe (Flak).

1) Early (Zweitschrift) Wehrpass with shows that Seidel was trained with different heavy Flak guns (8,8 cm (18,36) ,8,35 cm (Czech) among other weapons.

Seidel was awarded the "Tätigkeitsabzeichen der Flakartillerie" ,the ''Deutscj-Italienische Erinnerungsmedaille" ,the "Ärmelband Afrika" and the "Flakkampfabzeichen"!! for his efforts during the fightings in the "Saar" ,Germany ,Tunisia ,and Italy

2) Nicely filled-in early (Zweitschrift) Soldbuch of Seidel who was taken POW in Italy near the "Lago di Garda" (Garda Lake) in 1945

Nice Soldbuch/Wehrpass set of a "Flak" veteran which were replaced shortly after his unit was destroyed , most probably due to destruction/los when he/his unit retreated from Northern Africa.
