Citation grouping - KM - Z21 Wilhelm Heidkamp - Beckmann

Interesting grouping of "Matrose" Alfred Beckmann who served on the Z (Zerstörer) 21 Wilhelm Heidkamp which participated in the Narvik campaign.

"General der Gebirgstruppen" Eduard Dietl and his staff were amongst the crewmembers during the trip to Narvik..

1) Great "Vorlaufiges" (provisional) EK II citation which has been issued in Narvik!!!!

The document has been signed by "Fregattenkapitän" Hans-Joachim Gadow (DKiG 10-10-1943)

2) Very attractive "Zerstörerkriegsabzeichen" citation which has been signed by the commanding officer, "Kapitän zur See" Erich Bey (RK 9-5-1940)

Bey went down with the "Scharnhorst" on 26-12-1943!!

3) Special and attractive "Narvikschild" citation with (probably) printed signature of "General der Gebirgstruppen" Eduard Dietl.

4) List of survivors of the "Wilhelm Heidkamp"

The "Zerstörer" (destroyer) "Wilhelm Heidkamp" was hit by a torpedo in the Narvik harbour.

5) Commemorative document to the "Wilhelm Heidkamp" survivors which has been signed by "Korvettenkapitän" and former commander of the "Wilhelm Heidkamp Hans Erdmenger ("Spanienkreuz" ,RK 3-11-1940)

Erdmenger was KIA on 28-12-1943.
