The entry on top of page 22 mentions participation of Keilhack at a "Panzervernichtungs und Nahkampflehrgang" (tankdestruction and closecombat course) in Bordeaux from 29-11 to 4-12-1943 and a "Nahkampflehrgang für Offizieren" (closecombat course for officers) at the "Kompanieführerschüle" in Tours

2) Not that often seen bleu drivers-license!
