EK II citation of "Matrosen Obergefreiter" Degener who served under command of the Kriegsmarine Oberkommando which was issued on 29-11-1939!!

The document has been signed by "Admiral und Flottenchef "Marschall (Pour le Mérite 4-7-1918 ,DKiG 23-3-1942) among many others.

Marschall commanded the "UB 105" (Untersee Boot) and would be promoted to "Generaladmiral" finally.
