2) EK II citation which was handed out in Krakau (Poland) and which has been signed by "General der Infanterie und Befehlshaber im Heeresgebiet Generalgouvernement" ,Siegfried Haenicke ("Pour le Mérite" 14-6-1918,RK 17-9-1941,DKiG 4-9-1942)!

Haenicke died on 19-2-1946 in NKVD Special Camp Camp No.1 in Mühlberg/Brandenburg.
