The document has been signed by "Generaloberst" and "Oberbefehlshaber" 7.Armee Friedrich Dollmann (RK 24-6-1940,EL 2-7-1944 (postumously)

Dollmann died by heartattack on 28-6-1944 at Le Mans (France)
