Citation grouping of "Feldwebel" Emil Hopp who served within 2 different artillery and "Panzerjäger" units ,the Art.Rgt.818(mot) and the Pz.Jäg.Abt.1562 of the 562.VGD.
1) "Ostmedaille" which has been signed by "Oberst" and regimental commander Richard Metz (late "Generalleutnant)".

2) Very attractive "Demjanskschild" citation which shows the stamped signature of "General der Infanterie" and divisional commander Graf Brockdorff-Ahlefeldt (RK 15-6-1941 ,EL 27-6-1942)

Graf Brockdorff-Ahlefeldt died on 9-5-1943

As Graf Brockdorff-Ahlefeldt showed great braveness and leadership during the fightings at Demjansk cauldron ,his name (facsimile) was still used after his death to sign the Demjansk citation to honor him!

The document shows the signature of "Oberleutnant" Richter.

3) EK II citation which has been issued as Hopp served within Pz.Jäg.Abt.1562 of the 562.VGD.

The document has been signed by "Oberst" and divisional commander Helmuth Hüfenbach (DKiG 27-11-1941,RK 30-10-1943,EL 28-3-1945)

Hüfenbach was KIA on 27-3-1945 at Kahlholz/East Prussia.

4) SWB citation (3 wounds) which has been signed by the commanding officer.
