Award and letter of condolence - Heuschkel

1) Official document to inform Heinz Heuschkels wife that her husband Heinz was awarded the EK II.

The document has been signed by "Hauptmann" and "Staffelkapitän" Franz Oswald (DKiG 4-6-1943,RK 24-10-1944,"Frontflugspange in Gold mit Anhänger und Einzatszahl" 15-1-1945) who commanded 13 (Pz.) Schlachtgeschwader 9.

2) Letter from "Leutnant" Jürck which informs the wife of Heinz that Heinz was KIA on his 19th. mission.
The plane was hitby "Flakvolltreffer" in the cockpit near Stalino and crashed.
