The document has been signed by "Generalleutnant" and divisional commander Hermann Recknagel (RK 5-8-1940,EL 6-11-1943 ,Schw.23-10-1944) !!!!

Recknagel was KIA on 18-1-1945 at Petrikau at the Weichsel.

Soldbuch of "Grenadier" Alfred Robe who served within the Kriegsmarine as "Matrosen" and was later transferred to Gren.Rgt.593 of the 323.Inf.Div.

By the time Robe was transferred to this unit (26-3-1945) it had already stopped to exist for some time officially!
