The document was sent to the officials of the "Hindenburg-Kampfspiele" to thank them for their efforts and has been signed by "Reichspräsident" Paul von Hindenburg who was a WWI "Generalfeldmarschall" and the second president of the Weimar Republic (1925-1934) and he appointed A.Hitler to chancellor in 1933.
