Temporary I.D. permit of a unfortunately unidentified person who was a special authorized representative for the Dutch crowns capital.
It says that the bicycle was not to be taken.
It may sound strange but even this capital (allthough the queen and next of kinn where in the U.K.) had to be arranged by certain rules.
